Returns

All of our products undergo comprehensive testing to ensure they meet the highest quality standards prior to being shipped.  If you receive an item that you believe is defective or damaged, please read our returns policy below for information on how to return your item.

  • We accept returns for faulty items only.

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind.

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Any items received after this date will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

  • Your item must be returned unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging with all parts included.

  • All returned item must include a completed Return Request Form.

  • Returned items that have not been packaged appropriately and put at risk of damage in transit will not be considered for refund or exchange.

 

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and assess your claim.

  • If your return is approved, we will either send you a duplicate item or initiate a refund via your original method of payment. 

  • You can expect to receive your new item within 14 working days from the day we receive your returned item.

  • Please note that postage times may vary due to your location, exceptional circumstances and Australia Post policies.

  • Refund payments are usually available within 10 working days, depending on your bank, credit card provider and your initial method of payment.

 

Shipping Cost

  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • The original cost of shipping your items is not refundable.

  • If a returned item was purchased with free shipping, an allowance of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover the original shipping cost.

  • Reimbursement of return shipping costs may be available via Paypals Refunded Returns Initiative.  Please visit the Paypal website for details.

  • Please contact us prior to returning your item.

  • Please include an electronic copy of your Return Request Form with your email.  A hard copy of the form will also need to be included with your return..

 

Items Not Eligible

  • Refunds will not be given for the change of mind.

  • Items received outside of the 30-day window of return will not be considered for exchange or refund.

  • Items purchased as a ‘Second’ are for sale ‘as is’ and are not returnable. Please read the description of your item prior to purchase to ensure that it suits your needs.

  •   Return items that are not shipped in protective packaging and are put at risk of sustaining damage in transit are not eligible for refund or return.
