- We accept payment by Paypal and Bank Deposit.
- If paying by bank deposit please include your invoice number as a reference so that your order can be processed without delay.

- Please note that orders paid via bank deposit may take up to 5 days to clear. Your order will be posted within 24 hours of your payment being cleared..
- Deposits to ING accounts can now be made in person using Australia Posts' Bank@Post service.
All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of receiving payment.
If you pay by bank deposit, please allow up to 3 working days for your payment to clear before it is shipped.
Orders received and paid for prior to 10 am on Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day.
Orders received and paid for outside of normal business hours will be posted on the next working day.
On occasions we may experience exceptional circumstances which may prevent us from posting your item within these time frames. If the delay is expected to be more than 48 hours we will notify you of the estimated shipping date.
Please ensure you have added all items to your cart and your address is correct upon checkout as we are unable to amend orders or change address details after checkout has been completed.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you the tracking number so you know when it will be delivered.
Standard shipping can take 3 - 10 working days to be delivered and Express shipping 1 - 3 working days.
PLEASE NOTE: Express Shipping does NOT mean express processing. This is a fast shipping method only. During our busier periods, processing of orders may take between 1 - 5 business days. If you require your order urgently, please contact us so we can arrange a quicker dispatch.
- Shipping charges are a flat rate fee for each region.
- Please note, if your order exceeds these charges due to weight or delivery area, we will contact you regarding further shipping costs.
- Flat Rate and Free shipping offers are subject to change at any time without any notice. By placing your order with Cheeky Ninjas you are deemed to agree that shipping cost may be amended after you have placed an order and the total shipping cost shown on your order is only an estimate.
- Orders placed on Cheeky Ninjas are intended for retail customers only. If you are a business who wishes to purchase our products for resale, you are encouraged to contact us for wholesale rates.
SHIPPING FOR AUSTRALIA
- FREE SHIPPING for AUSTRALIAN orders over $50!
- Orders under $50 are a flat rate of $9.95 for Standard Shipping
- All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post
- Express shipping option is also available at checkout.
- We use Australia Post for all Australian orders
- Australia Post delivery can take 2 - 10 business days
- Orders placed before 9AM SA time each business day are generally packed and sent the same day
- Orders that include an item that is out of stock and due to be in stock within 2 days will be sent when the out of stock item becomes available. If the out of stock item is not expected to be in stock within 2 days we will send the rest of your order as normal and refund you for the out of stock item.
- You are welcome to leave order notes to ask to have your parcel delivered to reception but we suggest you add this into your shipping address as we cannot add these notes when dispatching orders via our Eparcel system.
- Any order notes that advise authority to leave the parcel without a signature will be deemed as voiding any claims of item not received, item damaged in transit or faulty on delivery.
- Once your order has left our warehouse, it is in the hands of the delivery company. Any delays caused by the delivery company are outside our control.
- Expected shipping times are an estimation given to us by the delivery companies, and may vary depending on locations.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking details.
- All our parcels require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home, your parcel will be taken to your local post office for collection.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to show.
PRE ORDERED ITEMS
- Items that are available for PRE ORDER will state this on their product information page.
- Pre Order delivery dates are an estimate only and may arrive before or after the timeframe ststed on the website.
- Items purchased on pre order can only be cancelled for a store credit.
- If your order includes sale items AND pre ordered items, your order will be sent once your pre ordered item arrives.
ORDERS RETURNED TO SENDER
- Orders that are returned to Cheeky Ninjas due to not being collected, left address / unknown, refused or incorrect address details will incur a fee to resend.
- If you would like to have your order resent to you, you will need to pay for the cost of reposting your item plus a return fee of $15.00, which is charged to us by auspost for the return service.
- You must contact us within 30 days of your original order date to advise your order is being returned to sender in order to claim a store credit for the returned items.
- Store credit will be issued to the value of the total of the order purchase price not including any postage paid, less the return postage fee of $15.00 and less an admin fee of $12.00. Store credit is valid for 30 days only.
- All international orders are sent by Auspost.
- Customs or Import charges MAY be required upon delivery. Please note that Cheeky Ninjas are NOT responsible for covering these costs.
- Please note delays may occur in sending out your order due to products being out of stock, incorrect or unsuitable address details or unforseen circumstances.
- We will contact you if the delay in sending is expected to be more than 2 working days.
CUSTOM, TAXES AND DUTY CHARGES
- Each country has their own rates for customs duty and taxes that are applied to items entering the country from international destinations. These must be paid by the purchaser prior to collecting your parcel. Cheeky Ninjas are not responsible for these costs.
- It is the responsibility of the receiver to be aware of these charges and by placing an order with Cheeky Ninjas you are deemed to agree to pay any further charges. including customs duty and taxes.
- If you are concerned of what these charges may be, we suggest you do contact you local post office for further information prior to placing your order.
REFUSING A SHIPMENT/PAYING DUTIES AND TAXES
- If you refuse a delivery from Cheeky Ninjas, your parcel will either be destroyed or returned to us by Auspost. Auspost charges a fee for this service which we are liable to pay.
- By placing your order with Cheeky Ninjas, you are deemed to agree to pay any related charges, including customs duties and taxes that may apply in order to receive your order.
- If you refuse to pay these charges, the total sum for original postage, return shipping charges and admin fee will be deducted from any refund that is claimed by you.
- If you wish to have your order re-sent to you, an extra charge is applied for the cost of reshipping your item as well as the charges stated for refusing a shipment. This will need to be paid prior to your order being re-sent.
